"I really wish I could give this place a better rating. The reason is because I’ve been to other locations and not had similar experiences like the one on Lincoln Road. The service is average-at-best. I felt bad for our waiter because it seemed as if they were understaffed. He did try his best so that’s why this place gets two stars instead of one. Food: DO NOT let these pictures fool you whatsoever. The nachos were cold within 2 minutes, the wings were also room temperature. The burgers were okay, but also worth sending back. Unfortunately this place for me is a HARD PASS. I don’t see myself coming here again unfortunately."

"I'm giving this place a three star solely on that the seafood quality was so high and the cocktails were delicious especially the smoked whiskey. But every warm appetizer we ordered was cold pork belly skewers and steak skewers and steak skewers tasted very bland. half way throw are service waiter disappeared and we kept on having to flag down random people to get what we needed.my fiance surprise me by taking me to this place for my birthday because I've been wanting to"

"Food, decor, and ambiance all 5 star. Dishes were delicious and bold in flavor. My only 3 star rating is on service. Our server said they are short handed so that explains it. Nonetheless, it took a really long time to place our drink order and that was done because we flagged down the car tender. Once orders were placed, food came out quickly."

"We happen to notice a 1/2 price Happy Hour Special and ordered from the indicated choices. Recommend burger sliders, pizza as well as the chicken nachos. Portion sizes are large...so don't over order. Staff was friendly and food came out hot. A great place to stop especially with all the beer offerings."

"There's no need to think about it, this is the best hot pot restaurant in Socal. And if you're wondering what to get and how to prepare it, my suggestion is get the Thai spicy or seafood essence for the soup, ask for the garlic/cilantro/green onion/egg add-on and mix it with the soup. Order beef (T-Rex for the meat and don't forget to get the golden fish balls because they are heavenly. For the dipping sauce, satay works well with the beef. Try not to eat too fast : Enjoy!"
