"One of the best places for both Chinese and Japanese food in Sacramento. I was working in the area and decided to give Good Friends a try and ended up loving the food, the quick service, and the big serving portions. A big bang for your all your monies! Whether you go for the Chinese or Japanese menu, you'll have to take the other half to go. I've never been here for dinner, but their lunch specials are amazing. For less that $13, you get enough food to feed 2... people don't often share the lunch deals. I highly recommend the bento box lunch specials. Everything was fresh and hot. I don't often feel that Tempura is memorable, but this place serves it very hot and fresh. If you're looking for cheap, fast and friendly service then make your way over to Good Friends. Located in a large shopping center. Gets pretty busy during the week for lunch, but I'm not sure what it's like on the weekends. I imagine it being slow since people aren't at work in the nearby state/government buildings."
