"I made a reservation today for La Casita and went all the way to find out that it was not open. The staff there was something apologetic, but offered nothing for the inconvenience except for the recommendation that we could try the lobby bar we did. The service there was incredibly slow. It took about 45 minutes to take our order, which was finally from the hostess (for the third time I went to ask if the server was changed). Apart from that we brought our food, we were quite ignored all the time when we ordered our drinks at the bar, our own menus to reorder, etc. The room is nice, the food and the drinks were delicious and all in all, I would think to come back if not for terrible service, not to mention the extreme inconvenience and cost of traveling in downtown."
