"We made a reservation for 20h. After waiting 15 minutes our table is accidently given to people without reservation as clearly announced by the head of house to the waitress (I was standing right there). I receive no apology. At 20 minutes past the hour my 1 tells the head of house that we are leaving and that their treatment of us was not acceptable. Instead of apologizing, the head of raised his voice at us and told us we can continue to wait. A back-and-forth ensued and we left to eat at a competitor. I've been eating here for 3 years and will never come back. Not only can you not offer an apology for not having our table then giving it away, you refuse to accept any responsibility for poor service and lack of organization."

"A beautiful evening here with the family in august 2022. friendly welcome (further reviews,) relaxed friendly atmosphere with sport on the big screens, fast service and wonderful freshly cooked diners to very cheap trips. I also had a tasting of 4 Irish...ales that was perfect at a very hot day. there was also an excellent live musician on the terrace who had attracted a great happy crowd. would recommend"
