"We stopped for a late lunch in the Bremerhaven waterfront area, near the Marine Museum, choosing an outside table as it was a beautiful summer afternoon. The server was fun and joked with us, even though we know very little German. He made us feel very welcome. The special of the day was a grilled salmon, so we both ordered this and a big beer . The presentation of the salmon topped with lemon slices, grilled vegetables and a sliced cucumber and tomato looked magnificent; almost too good to eat! The rolls accompanying the meal were warm and delicious as well. The salmon was cooked perfectly--not rubbery but fresh-tasting and melt-in-your-mouth succulent. What a great find!"

"We are a company with many employees travelling abroad for work. Sometimes they invite customers for dinner as part of their job. Sometimes they do other things in the evenings. In this particular case we had 2 reciepts, said to be from SeaSide, to settle. No details but they did not look authentic. contacted Seaside on their official website and asked if that receipt was actually theirs? A simple question right? Got an answer they had no time answering e-mails. the answer came an hour later so ut was not automatically generated. Sent two more e-mails explaining the situation and urging for an answer. No response.I begin to believe maybe the receipts actually are from SeaSide, however still not authentic? Guess we need to continue the official way to find out. Sad."

"I immediately liked this restaurant when we entered. The interior is mostly wooden and has a few maritime touches to it, for example large white sails attached to the sealing. However, it's not too much, so it still stays somewhat sophisticated. We sat down in a very cozy corner of the room and service was friendly, although a little pushy when we decided that we just wanted drinks first and preferred to have our meals a little later into the evening. The two members of my family who were with me both had fish and reported that it was very good not the best they ever had, but great for the price they had payed (they had meals for around 10€ . I just had chips and they were very tasty. However, I was quite disappointed as the size of my meal, as it was really small and not filling at all. To serve this to an adult was rather like a joke, as usually you get a big plate full of chips if you order them. I still enjoyed the evening very much as it is a very pleasant place to sit down, have a nice meal and chat. The location at Schaufenster Fischereihafen is great as well, it's lovely to have a walk there before or after your meal, although I think it must be much better in summer."
