"My husband and I ordered the white fish and chips because, you know, if you visit an island, you want to eat seafood. It was definitely a good choice! Good food, affordable prices, good service and it was clean. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I would prefer to be cleaner outside and as you can see on the photo, there are two fish fillets, so it would make sense to put two cream sauces or a bigger one. I wasn't the only one who asked one extra. By the way, it was a lot of food!"

"I'm a southern guy who grew up with very fine and delicate meat. Let me tell you this place has some of the best chickens and meat I've ever had. I had food in over 6 countries and this place is in place OR BETTER. The owner is very nice and it is a great atmosphere. The wine was incredible and everything they cook is fresh. Recommend to anyone who just likes good food and friendly people. When you come to the island, this place is a MUST."

"Chianti was delicious! At first it seems pricey, but definitely worth it. The food was amazing, and not only that but the atmosphere and presentation were top-notch. My personal favorite was the dessert plate, which included a delicious apple! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for fine dining on Mackinac Island.
