"Since 17 years we regularly visit the neptun on norderney and were generally very satisfied, earlier even enthusiastic. our visit this year ended disappointingly: first after the order ca. 80 minutes to serve the food at the table, which also led in other tables unmistakable. only after 75 minutes the waiter appeared and pointed out that “the food now comes in 5 minutes”. the most important ingredients of food (fish and meat) were well prepared. the separately served supplemental salads were unfortunately discontinued and remembered more of carbahnraststätten of the 90s. also the pommes had seen too much and too often fat. a pity! perhaps the owner/piano would be well advised to limit its restaurant capacity with existing personal tight passes in a feasible measure."

"The family-run restaurant has a clean and well-maintained ambience: terrace as well as dining room with views of the flight path and the weather sea. the husbands grandhead and team are friendly, competent and courteous . the chef - enchants - first-class seasonal and regional foods in excellent quality . a delight for palate and eye . we felt all around well....and are happy to come back!!! fam herm cyrener"

"Kitchen until 14 o'clock. At 13.45 o'clock we were too late, the extremely unfriendly waiter said. then just coffee. put on the edge damaged everywhere. on the note that you probably better get rid of them, we were told that we only have such. respect! and then to take 3,30 for automatic coffee, is already cheeky to not say, rip off."

"Small dishes and drinks in the best location at the spa. The price-performance ratio is right, the service is nice and in the evening you have a beautiful sunny position here in summer. Snack plate Mediterranean and North Sea were rich and more than enough for a nice dinner. At the same time, the toilet is also the public toilet in the Conversation House, which has not disturbed us. Aperol Spray quite expensive (8.50 Euro) compared to rubbing cakes with smoked salmon (9.90 Euro), but you have that yourself in your hand. Recommended."

"We were there for lunch. very full. have come in passing a free space. have other people seen the minutes waiting for a place and have gone up and down. for it to take half a point and half a point for it that the waiter gave us that we stole the card. Unharmed....but otherwise very friendly and tasty. would therefore have gone further. burger 2.0 clear recommendation."

"Without reservation, we are 2. pure snow and had the luck to get places. the service was fast, attentive and very nice. the food offer was very good, we decided to fish, it tasted very good. Waiting times have not played a role for us, we are on holiday."
