"I've been eating pizza in Napoli for several years. Never disappointed with the quality of pizza. But that 3 stars because it's already been twice. I order to take a Parma and there is no parma ham, which is replaced by goat cheese. If I knew, I would have ordered something else. In response to the answer: I phoned to order 2 pizzas. I've been told no change of ingredients. And when my boyfriend went to get the pizzas, we just gave him the two pizzas without telling him anything. If I recommend one day by phone, I would ask for confirmation that there is what I would like to have more of this kind of surprise. Yeah, I could have phoned you, but what would it have changed? I wouldn't have come back to trade pizza."

"Nous avons diné en famille à l'auberge de la Tonnelle sur la charmante petite terrasse. La qualité et la fraicheur des plats étaient au rendez-vous; nous avons particulièrement apprécié la suggestion du carpaccion de saumon, très bien présenté et délicieux. Les plats du Menu Tentation, choisi par l'un des convives étaient également très bons. Rien à redire sur la qualité des plats.En revanche, l'accueil, même s'il a été correct, était loin d'être chaleureux. De même, le service a laissé à désirer: plus d'une heure d'attente entre les entrées et les plats, puis à nouveau une longue attente pour les desserts, c'est beaucoup trop. On fini par ne plus avoir faim! De plus, il a fallu à plusieurs reprises rappeler la commande de vin au verre pour 2 des convives, et réclamer plusieurs fois d'être resservi pour ceux qui buvaient leur vin à la bouteille placée sur une table à l'autre bout de la terrasse.Et finalement, nous avons quitté la terrasse après avoir laissé quand même une addition assez salée sans que l'on daigne répondre à notre au-revoir. Quand le standing affiché et la qualité des plats sont de ce niveau, on est est droit d'attendre autre chose quant au service."
