"This was actually our 3rd meal in 4 months. All have been characterized by spotty and generally poor service. The wait staff tries to up sell on wine and includes a mandatory 18-20% tip. Even with few customers the staff gathered in the back at the open kitchen. At times I had to get up and start to pour my/ our own wine. When a course was cleared the plates were scraped and stacked at the table Generally the service was slow as was the order process. AS regards the food some was quite good but everything was generally served on cold plates and at luke warm temps. On the last visit the rolls were warm but had clearly been rewarmed and were hard. Neither our friends or I/we will return. It maybe that they will not be there in a month or two anyway"
