"All I will say is try the crispy swarm in the roll, vermicelli salat, rice paper rolls or in a rice bowl. it's all 11/10. is really busy at lunchtime, but that's how it's worth waiting."

"They have eaten here at numerous places and especially enjoy the laksa suppe served as part of their lunch menu. when we discussed it discreetly with the owner, she told us it was from the brokkoli and did not offer any excuse or further explanation. incredibly disappointed by the height of the customer service, let alone the hygiene question that is present with a maden in its food. colleagues and friends have equally recommended to avoid mylan (currently regular) from the above mentioned reasons."

"I go here weekly sometimes more, the people are so nice, food is always incredible, you never have to wait more then 15 mins, food is around $10 a main and free byo! I recommend their laksa, massamun beef, hoy jo starters, green curry, nam...tok beef (good to share between two to start) and pad see ew! You won't be disappointed by this authentic experience!!!"

"Wonderful food option in Wollongong. Excellent vegan food and friendly service. Prices are reasonable and you are guaranteed to find something delicious even if you haven't eaten vego / vegan food before. Some of my faves include the Beef Pho soup, the Laksa, the roast duck & the spicy fried crab. All meals use meat substitute - mushrooms, tofu, gluten etc & we never leave Au Lac feeling unsatisfied."

"*An unassuming little gem in Woonona* We initially stopped by today with intention of ordering some dumplings to take away for lunch. We were greeted by friendly staff. We decided to sit down and eat in and sample a few dishes(so glad we did! We ordered the pork and chive dumplings and the scallion pancakes to start( very nice, so fresh tasting and a very generous serving) We also ordered the pork ribs and a chicken laksa. The pork ribs were delicious and again another generous serving. The chicken laksa was one of the nicest I've eaten a huge serving(at least adults worth)!!! We ended up asking to take home the remaining pork ribs and laksa as there was no way we could finish it it was so tasty we wanted to eat it again. Will definitely be back and telling people to try this place. Thank you for a lovely lunch Mark and Melissa"

"Many vegan options with some creative options that you do not see as often as competitive vegan fish and beef. My colleague and I tried the crispy chicken, that was not really crispy, but still tasty. I had the beef with fries and they got the Mapo Tofu. I asked my colleagues if they enjoyed the tofu and they said it was okay, but they would have better (and I realize they don't finish everything). The beef was gum, but I had not expected my salad to be coated in sauce (refer pic). I made myself feel full and a bit rough, but I would return and try some of the healthier options.
