"The food tasted good, was hot and arrived on time. No complaints there. However, I felt that the person I spoke to on the phone lacked customer skills. I requested a substitution and the answer was a quick no, it does not come like that to which I responded that I am aware but I am requesting a substitution of equal value; Not a full portion of something else. What is the issue exactly with making this type of change? but that was answered with a simple ok, this time but not next time and when I posed the question again as to why that was a problem essentially the person was not wiling to converse and hang up. Overall not the best ordering experience. It would have been good to be given a reasonable response, particularly one that demonstrated that they care about what their customers want."

"First time visitor and obviously didn't know what to expect! Very busy inside and seemed to be serving plenty of take aways! My Sag Chicken was really good and Peshwari Naan was lovely and fresh. My dining party also rated their food and quantity as excellent. Recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"
