"Kudos to everyone on the team that creates Jean-Georges Beverly Hills Tasting Experience. For this nerdy solo diner, the printed personalized menu was just one example of tailored hospitality that let me feel like I belong, even as a traveler. Persian cucumbers pickled in a warming, bright vinaigrette prepared my palate for the egg toast caviar. Bravely, I followed Nick’s suggestion that it could be picked up and eaten like the grilled cheese sandwich that it incomparably transcends; I didn’t make a mess! Billecourt-Salmon JGV champagne (with a touch of extra sugar in the dosage) was the perfect accompaniment. The shrimp course is a delightful new adventure: atop truly silky cannellini beans arranged around a luxurious leek emulsion, each bite had its own intermezzo of exquisitely distinct chanterelles or leek—an understated, unfussy masterpiece. French Chardonnay is a delightfully fresh pairing. Then the Wagyu with both hibiscus mustard and hibiscus powder enabled this experimentalist to conduct a simple difference-mapping by comparing how the single-ingredient powder’s interaction with the beef contrasted with the exquisitely balanced condiment—fun gastronomic science. (I also tried both with the tiny potato, and the chive with the beef and each tiny tasty vegetable. Tempranillo was perfectly on point. The panna cotta with rosemary sorbet, passito di Pantelleria, and mignardises each deserve their own essay—but this is already too wordy."

"As authentic as you can get Turkish food here in the States. Good portions, delicious and had a wide variety of what I love from the Turkish cuisine. The service was great and the location is easy to access with street parking. We went early so it wasn't busy, therefore it was on the quieter side, which we prefer. Will definitely go back!"

"We have enjoyed Ruth's Chris in Washington DC for years, and on a lark decided to try the one in Beverly Hills while we were visiting relatives. It was just as wonderful as on the East Coat. Food was amazing, ambiance wonderful and quiet enough to have lovely conversation. Overall a wonderful evening was had by all"

"This was such a phenomenal experience at The Palm. I took my family to The Palm (BH location) to celebrate Christmas Eve. Cora was our server and she was AMAZING! She took excellent care of us. Many times, restaurants can be overtaxed on holidays, but this time everything ran as smooth as humanly possible. What I appreciated most, however, is that we sat for much longer than anticipated (arrivals, four separate courses. We had the table from 4:35pm to 7:45pm, on a night where they were probably overbooked but never once asked us to leave, or to rush, or hurry. I was most impressed by the excellent care we received, and The Palm truly made our Christmas Eve a wonderful experience. See you at the next special occasion."

From the moment we arrived, Sam, Executive Chef Ben, Guadalupe, and Ryan*, led us to the perfect hand-crafted wood-inlayed corner table, resplendent with deep red velvet cushions to comfort, soothe, and support our carriages* for a truly spectacular culinary journey caravan that rivaled any 'Spice Road ' adventure of my past. The amount of thought that went into every color, image, shadow, reflection, book binding, light and bulb, sconce and angle, distressed art painstakingly...romanced, is simply (sigh) breath-taking. Our ravenous bellies and minds consumed the tasting menu with wine paired by our guide and host, Sam 'The Wise '; the exquisitely-paced rhythm of an orchestrated seductive tango, dripping from our fingers with rose-water, preserved lemon, mint, cardamom, and honey. Thank you for an evening that will leave an indelible imprint in my memory...I hope to return, someday, soon."
