"Have been a good customer of this restaurant since we moved to Colwood 2 years ago. And we really like the food. But we're tired of getting the order and missing items. This has happened several times. We've followed up and been given the item...in the next order. However the last time noone bothered to return the call for the missing item and we decided that's it."

"Oh man this one pains me,,,,,, My wife and I have been here several times before. We discovered this restaurant watching a food TV program and fell in love with their Momos simply amazing. With concert tickets in hand and the restaurant steps away...we had made a reservation at pm for two.. Show time pm. We had a special bottle of wine to have with our dinner and paying the corkage charge was not a problem, But when we were seated and asked for a cork screw........well the fun started. We asked for lemon with our water and explained about the special wine....no problem.....we then asked for two wine glasses (need we ask) and if the server would be kind enough to open the bottle as the clock was ticking...... During the min wait for a cork screw our server looked after two other patrons, and suggested we place our order, to which I replied we would d like to have a glass of wine before our meal The server went off to look some more for the cork screw. With the concert looming, my wife and I said we were leaving and walked around down town Victoria to find a beer and some deep fried appies (oh yea raw!)prior to show time. At no time did the server apologize, offer a small gift certificate for a future visit, or show any compassion for the incident. An amazing lack of customer service, and as I am In the hospitality business I was amazed by the conduct of this establishment. With everything that is going on in the world we live in. you need to step up your customer service game if you are going to survive. As for now.....My wife and I have no reason to go back. My recommendation to you is to by a cork screw to save the meal charge. So Sad."
