"That was my second time in the village. The live music was wonderful, ambience was relaxing, and the nachos were delicious. The waitress this time was very attentive, although the place was busy something better than my first experience, where we waited for 20 minutes for water, then it had to get itself. I'm definitely back with drinks and the truffle mac n' cheese."

"Great time spent and sat outside this beautiful old world pub. The interior is beautiful and meandering between two floors and offers original features. Cool artworks and sat along the canal watching life is very entertaining at a Saturday tea time. Very recommended"

"Came here for an early dinner before a concert and came here as the reviews were good and it is close to the utita arena. the entrance is located in the main street and then they go up to a beautiful open, clean room. pleasant welcome and offered a drink cobra at the take and a white wine. we ordered a main dish from specials, some bhajis (saag and mushroom and some papadums with relish. the papadums came fast and there was a bit of a waiting for the most important courses, plus the mushroom bhaji never arrived, but a wobble bhaji that we sent back. the quality and quantity was excellent. the total cost for 2 of us for a main course and 2 drinks were just under £30 each; i.e. medium price"
