"We eat at The Ox from time to time and have had no complaints. Today, the staff were friendly and obliging as always and our lunches were very enjoyable. Wonderful slow cooked lamb shank and chicken parmigiana followed by great crème brulee. Today we found the overhead music very loud and jumbled, making conversation difficult. Usually the music is much quieter. Why have such intrusive music where people go to eat and talk? We were also quite warm because in spite of the air conditioning, we were seated against the expansive glass outer wall. We will certainly go back but we won't be staying if we can't relax and talk."
