"We had booked a table for our holiday a month in advance. It was a struggle to book because they hardly (almost never) answer the phone. Upon arrival, there was no one at the concierge table and we spent some time figuring out where to go. We were sent from pillar to post. When we eventually arrived at the booked private room, the table was underwhelming prepared. It took 45 minutes to get something to nible on whilst waiting for our orders. The chef really saved the day as the food was delicious and turned out to be worth the wait. We had lamb shank, lamb curry, grilled fish and salmon dishes. Everyone was happy with the meal they ordered. Thank you chef for saving the day, I could just come back just to taste your food again. Due to bad service, we decided not to order dessert as we didn't want to be kept waiting again."
