"Delicious food and friendly service. Portion sizes were good. The frits had some spices (not cajun) and were crunchy. The Burgerpatty was cooked for perfection, but could have been a bit larger in size, so that the bungalows and spices were proportional."

"I came here on a Sunday morning at the invitation of another friend to celebrate my birthday. He told me about this place for some time and insisted that I should try. On weekends they have an AYCE champagne brunch buffet. OMG, I love AYCE! Truly, the champage is not the best bubbly, but bubbly is always funny and festive, which has been constantly refilled by the hostess. Maybe she thought we had a date? She always smiled at us, Lol. Maybe it was because she doesn't speak very well English and only tried to be hospitable to her guests. I like very hospitable people. I get it, I guess it, and I'll answer it well. The buffet includes: Lamb Saga with Spinat Chicken Tiki Masala Chanterie Masala Vegetables Curry Dumpling Aloo Tiki Aloo Matte Gulab Jaman – Dessert Naan I may have forgotten a few things, but it was really quite a spread. It was very impressive and the taste was very delicious. I like things spicy and Taj Mahal didn't disappoint. I was with some other Indian AYCE and this is by far the most impressive. I'm so glad my friend Eugene was introduced and treated here. Do you think the price was about $10-$12 per person? I liked it so much that I forwarded my sister's website to law and parents. It's cheap and reasonable good food. TITLE You have a $2 off coupon on their website that you can use for their AYCE champagne brunch. Chinese parents love that! Oh, and they have their own underground parking garage, otherwise it is a pain in the ass to find parking on Ventura Blvd."

"They do false advertisement on their menu. You don't get what's written. I ordered half chicken, expecting that I would get half breast and half leg. They served me two leg Quarters. Upon being asked, they said they don't serve half chicken anymore and they need to change their menu. The guy serving was also rude. Their karahi is not good anymore as it used to be before"

"Definitely one of the best Indian spots in Portland, and I've heard many Indian people echo this statement. Chicken Tikka masala is possibly the best I've had. Navvatran curry is also a favorite. I miss their lunch buffet and dine in service but since COVID it is to go only. Hope this changes....Food: 5/5"

"I’ve eaten here years ago and the food was okay. I happened to be driving by and stopped here for lunch today. The food and service was excellent! I didn’t realize the ownership had changed. It was definitely worth going back. Authentic Indian food is hard to find, this place nailed it!"
