"This was simply the best dining experience we’ve had in the Barossa. From the small bits, fried pigs ears (I was convinced to try by my son) which were fabulous, to the kingfish crudo, to the scallops and the red seafood curry which were all fantastic and signed off by the piece de resistance, the passionfruit soufflé, OMG, it was delicious! It was a quiet Monday for the restaurant but we didn’t care! The Rockford wine was also a standout. A must do if in the area"

"Very disappointing I ordered crumbed whiting not sure if it was crumbed or battered but it was definitely a piece of frozen fish and totally tasteless. Hubby ordered barramundi with wedges some were hard and it looked very uninviting. The meal was on the cheap side but would have paid extra for a tasty meals . Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40"

"Had heard good things about Salters Kitchen and it certainly lived up to the recommendations! Took my mum out for lunch on a weekday and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The food was simply stunning, the staff attentive and friendly. The wine is delicious and we made good use of the 30% discount for 'Diners' at the Cellar Door. I will certainly be eating here again."
