"Steep walk to reach the entrance of the caves. No baby strollers allowed. Inside the caves it is very moist, the walking paths might be slippery and irregular. Beautiful stalactites and tiny lakes. The round trip takes about 30-45mins to be completed. Continue the path behind the tickets office and find a great picnics BBQ area with access to the river, very shallow water, perfect spot for small kids."

"We came to this restaurant on a Saturday night because it was right by our hotel. We know that Baar is a very small town so even though we came on a Saturday night without reservations, we were seated right away, and half of the restaurant was full of people. We ordered the mussles with fries as well a their flatbread. We were brought complimentary beef tartar served with a pickle. The food was great and is a good place if you want pub food."
