"We’ve booked a table for 16 people (8 adults 8 children) at 14h in the previous day. On the following day we got there at 13h, the restaurant was crowded and we got a bad feeling about it. We then asked if our table...was going to be ready at 14h because we were with children and we needed to know to prepare ourselves. The owner told us not to worry about. To spend some time we went to a coffee nearby and come back at 14. To our surprise the answer was that the tables weren’t free and that if we wanted to speed things up we should go near the table to put some pressure on the people that were there!!!! Wouldn’t it be more honest to say right from the start to go to anywhere else??? Is the food good? Probably.... one thing is for sure.... I’ll never know because I won’t stand a foot near this restaurant again as there are so many good choices in Baião."
