"Logeant dans l'hôtel Ibis Styles, j'avais opté pour une formule à commander lors de la réservation. Celle-ci offre un choix réduit ce qui est normal vu le prix. Il s'agissait d'un buffet d'entrées qui était correct suivi d'un faux filet avec frites. J'ai trouvé dommage de ne trouver dans mon assiette qu'un faux filet et des frites. Pas de légumes, pas de sauce. Je pense qu'en France, on mange une salade séparément, mais pour un belge, c'était surprenant. J'ai demandé un peu de mayonnaise qu'on m'a gentiment apporté.Le cadre est joli et calme et le service très agréable."

"Arrived in Chalon sur Saône to visit a friend who recommended we tried the Millezim. First impressions for me were promising as the dining room is modern, clean, and comfortable with relaxing music. Also the outdoor terrace by the swimming pool was perfect for a beer, sparkles and pre dinner catch up. I've always been a big fan of snails, ribeye steak, and red wine so looking at the menu and wine list, I'd hit the Jackpot! That is exactly what I ordered and was really impressed with both the quality of the food and the friendly yet professional service. The wine list had loads to choose from and fitting for the famous wine region. With a bit of extra info from our waitress we picked a superb red from Beaune. We really enjoyed ourselves at the Millezim and recommend it for sure."
