"Even though we had booked our table via internet two weeks before and had received confirmation , our host had no information on us and we were squeezed into the back room. The meal was served with little enthusiasm which confirmed what we were about to eat. My French wife described laTruffade as Truffade trop fade most probably prepared the previous day. bref, réchauffé ! My wife added. La tête de veau was served cold on a cold plate. Pity, as the dish could 've been good. The veg was woefully undercooked and we decided not to risk a dessert."
