"The shrimp and risotto was excellent, the bbq pork tostada was also good. The 4 cheese ravioli was ok...pasta was thick and there was no sauce, just olives and peppers. The service was excellent and the young man who took care of us was helpful and very prompt with service and the check. The food came out quickly as well."

"This restaurant as a huge terrasse on the river, just after a nice bridge. No noise of cars, very quiet: we could easily talk to each other without screaming ;) the food was delicious, they have an original menu with new tastes. Love it!"

"I was very surprised to see reviews for bad service here. In my experience, Hora has some of the best services in Cluj. I worked for many years as a waitress and ate Michelin star restaurants in every restaurant from the street ventas. No I do not say that the service is Michelin Star, but it is always quite professional with waiters who pay attention to the table, pour and offer more wine or drinks, and clean dishes. The food here is excellent! I've never ordered a dish that wasn't perfectly cooked. They offer international dishes, but personally when I eat here, I always order Romanian dishes. The soups are sublim, the Biftec Tartar fresh, like all meats. The wine selection is excellent, with a wide selection of Crama Opresor, one of my favorite wines in Romania. Save space for the Papanas, a dessert for dying! It cannot be the most precious dining room in the city, and it is a bit from the center, but the terrace on a summer day is beautiful. It is also a beautiful walk through a historic neighborhood in the city. Yes, it can be a bit more pricier than some other restaurants, but I am a firm creditor to you get what you pay for ."
