"Zeche: 52 € General: Syrtaki is a Greek restaurant in the “Gastromeile” of Sahlenburg. Sahlenburg is the end of the world in relation to Cuxhaven. Once again at the end of the beach road there are few restaurants and one of them is the Syrtaki. Carefully dressed to the unknown and through the website [here link]We were on the long way and we would have saved ourselves better. If you are stuck in Sahlenburg and want to eat some Greek, you must go to Syrtaki. But only then. The restaurant was visited on Tuesday night on the terrace and in the winter garden. Mixed audience. I see the price-performance ratio with a decent three-star service: You can experience five male operators in a uniform dark outfit. The operator at the table, who is perceived by me as an almost merciful address, found his continuation in the midst of the entire crew. It was not a laugh, a smile or even a lousy comment to hear. Everyone seemed pretty bad to do his job. We were literally served and served properly. We were even told that two main dishes were too expensive after selecting the appetizers, whereupon we took a distance. Beverage prices are moderate: 0.3 l of Pils are charged with €2.40, 0.7 l of water with €5.00 and the open Greek standard wines come to € 3.50 for the quarter. Also remarkable is the cheap price for bottled wines: €9.90 for 0.75 l standard pigs of Greek origin. There was a cold ouzo for greeting and something very sweet for billing. For service only three stars. Food: We chose the large appetizer 9,50 € and the grilled octopus 8,00 € . The appetizer plate consisted largely of greed, tomatoes, leaf salad, onion rings and pepperoni. When the very soft sheep's cheese and the filled wine leaves are removed from the can, a Klacks Tsatsiki, a Klack's low-taste Taramas and a small octopus salad with tube and canned tuna as a kitchen performance. Such a rarely weakly occupied appetizer board, for which I can only give two stars. Better the grilled octopus: Two catching arms with good grill aroma with a sweet cut iceberg salad that was barely made and you should go better. Oil and vinegar were brought to us, the desire for the pepper mill was ruined. The rich bread very firm and crispy in the dough, not our case. A main dish consisted of lamb fillet with foil potato, garlic bread, tsatsiki and a leg salad. Three strands lamb fillet well grilled and like adored medium. The foil potato with the tsatsiki was a successful compound and also the garlic bread was successful. The side salad with a sweet industrial cocktail sauce. The portion size was good. In the kitchen gets three stars. Ambience: In summer life plays on the terrace and in the winter garden. It's pretty crowded. The actual interior is characterized by the style of Maritim: A large shipbug forms the eye-catcher, wood cladding, fabric tension at the ceilings. Podeste and ceiling beams make the right area appear low. If it storms outside, it can be cozy overall. Inappropriate for the lake the very large, the walls "create" Greek motifs. Overall, not necessarily a general carving. Against the back two niches, which are obviously no longer used for hosting and acting strangely. The bathroom is modern and spacious. Cleanliness: Nothing that stumbles into the critical eye."
