"Good place for beer and snacks, lackluster real meals. I had the burger, friends had tacos and the Greek fries. There was a ton of bun and sauce on the burgers, overwhelming any meat flavor. The fried capers were a cool addition to the tacos they looked beautiful and tasted pretty good. Ultimately the food felt a little expensive. The beer selection is great, and the prices are fair. The atmosphere is nice. The service was a tad slow and confused. I think the server might have been new, but everything arrived after a few questions."

"We have had lunch or dinner there half a dozen times, and each visit was delicious and the service was flawless. Mathew always takes great care to make all our meals perfect. This is absolutely the best Greek food I've had."

"This is attached to an Art Gallery. We were there for brunch on Saturday. I had the Fish Cakes. Let me tell you. I had a lot of fish cakes in Halifax/Dartmouth area and these are far the best I have ever had. The blend...of salmon/shrimp/cod and scallop are out of this world. I am not a food critics but these really are the real deal. It is complemented with a salad. The background music that plays is excellent. The décor is complemented by the art from the adjacent art gallery. Highly recommend."

"After our surf lesson, the instructor told us to check out Jamieson's for dinner. so glad we listened to them, it was amazing! we relaxed in the cozy chairs in the corner and enjoyed a feed of amazing fish cakes. good beer selection too!"

"Stopped in for lunch. I was craving a good burger and the Jalapeño burger did not disappoint. was a gets tasting burger, a good size and very fulling. he frie are thick cut potatoes that I would pass on next time. the gravy was flavorless,...so I'd also pass on that. I will definitely be back but will get a different side dish"

"My wife,a friend and I were looking to grab a bite after a long week of work when our friend suggested Usta .So we went with no idea of what we could expect .We had been in this venue before when it was a Mexican restaurant so the interior has not changed much but is well suited to a Mediterranean feel with bright colours.The waitress was very helpful with our ordering,as we were new to the menu.After taking her lead we started receiving our food and proceeded to be wowed!Everything was fresh well plated.The chef came out to check on the dining room guests .He was very professional well groomed and knowledgeable.The place is a must if you enjoy great food with a comfortable atmosphere."

"Went with a group of ten for a bday, they have a nice area for such a group. Everyone's food was good, some excellent,m and our group included several with critical palates that regularly dine out locally and abroad. The mushroom risotto was very good,...as was the calamari, perhaps the best in town, very tender and spiced just right, and the mac and cheese balls as an appie were a winner. An earlier time we had the jambalaya, which was very good and the cornbread served with it was incredibly tasty. Nice atmosphere with interesting original art on the wall and some tables have a partial harbour view. The menu has several creative offerings too. Overall it is a good value and the food was consistently good to excellent each time. we have been there. Definitely worth a try"

"Warm Nova Scotia welcome with attentive service throughout. Relaxed upscale atmosphere. Appetizers were fab: tuna tataki and were chowder both terrific. Crobster roll and Burger were great as well. We enjoy the cocktail du jour- a spiked strawberry lemonade- which was just right on the...sweet to tart scale and a nice bottle of white wine. Pricey for casual food, but a great night out with friends! Will definitely return."
