"Eating is authentic, fresh and tasty. server was nice. when we go back, we get it. atmosphere décor is missing. at least in comparison to other Mexican restaurants in the environment. there are both, and it looks clean, but there is zero charme. very naked bones. when we were there, we played the audio loud to a football game, in Spanish, over the restaurant speakers that no one seemed to watch. the family in the two next to us, watched a cartoon on their phones, just as loud. it was not a pleasant relaxing atmosphere. it was a little chaotic. even if flashing lights disturb them, they do not sit opposite the window! they have bright LED tube lamps that do not stop flashing. I would like to give them 3 stars, the atmosphere was really not pleasant, but eating was good, and I am a person who prefers low-volume music in the background, and a policy that distracts the males from hearing their phone audio loud enough for everyone."

"Our encounter with friends was perfect. We met on the roof top bar for a drink and in the view a wonderful dinner at the HEW. The food was great. My spouse and I shared a 10 ounce of fillet and salad. It was just the right amount of food."

"That was a Sunday experience for me. We sat at the bar and we were expected from Tammi and Claire R. The service was good as it made an excellent task to explain the details of some of the menu items. I always consume a lot of liquid when I use this type of lunch after the bike tour at 87° Weather and my mountain pasture was filled. I had the mushroom burger for lunch. Believe it or not, it actually has a little too much goat cheese and was a complete mess when you went to get it. While the mushrooms seemed rather a reflection than I like. I asked for an average temperature and the burger was definitely medium, went well, but not unbearable. Overall it was delicious, but I expect it for a $19 burger. The frits were perfectly cooked and seasoned with enough salt. This place has both indoor and outdoor areas, but not all exterior seats are in the shade. When we arrived, there were only full sun seats, which is why we decided to sit at the bar. The place is clean including the toilets and each smiles that worked there, which is a good sign."

"This place is the right offer; the atmosphere is connected to the first-class kitchen (especially fresh seafood). the waiting staff offers a good chess and more than a reasonable service. even the piano player walks around and takes questions. the sunset over the bay was perfectly possed with the end of our meal, which in the evening was spattered with a catahartic visual callout. dessert and coffee have added the proverbiale cherry above. this is a 5-star experience. highly recommended."

"Black Pearl is a real jewel. Our party of four were celebrating a birthday so we decided to splurge for the occasion. The restaurant is small, quiet and intimate. Candles, white linen tablecloths, red roses on the table created an elegant ambiance. The waiters provided impeccable service and of course, most importantly, the food was exceptional. We each had different entrees and appetizers and everyone was delighted with the taste and presentation of the food. Entree prices ranged from $25 to $32 . They serve wine only by the bottle and selections ranged in price. We were never rushed and were truly pampered by our server. We look forward to visiting the Black Pearl again soon."

"Convenient location off of Main St in Dunedin. Plenty of parking and easy to make reservations. Very friendly staff, full bar, cute interior but I was so hot during the whole time that by the time we left, the clothes were sticking to my skin from sweating.Menu has good selection of French cuisine but the presentation lacks finesse. For example the escargot was very good but the plate was so messy like the cooks were rushing. They just throw them in the plate and fill it with the sauce with no regard for presentations. Food tasted good other than that."
