"Living in Buckhurst Hill for 10 years, we regularly visited The Coriander. Finding ourselves in the area last weekend after leaving in 2011, we took the opportunity to visit The Coriander on Saturday night. So pleased we did. The food was delicious as we remember, service was great, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has undergone a refurbishment since we were last there, which adds to the lovely atmosphere. Really enjoyed the Fish Rogan, one of the Bangladeshi specials, which was full of flavour but not too spicy. Would definitely recommend The Coriander. Looking forward to visiting again soon...an excuse to find ourselves in the area again! Parking: On street station parking. Restaurant is just outside Buckhurst Hill Central line tube station if travelling by tube."

"Amazing Mother’s Day dinner! With a fresh refurb the place has a lovely warm feel to it with great views over the water. The highlight without a doubt though was the food, which is possibly the best pub food I’ve enjoyed for quite some time. Huge perfectly cooked roast dinner and succulent steaks were all just perfect and so tasty, as were the desserts. It is on the pricier side, but great value given the quality."

"My wife and I along with another couple stopped by the Forresters Arms for a mid-walk drink which turned into a longer lunch. From the moment we entered the pub to when we left, it was a great experience with excellent food, wine and great service from the staff. Sharing baked camembert was very good and our mains of slow-cooked beef and the pork belly went down very well along with the Malbec. Thoroughly recommend to anyone passing by or simply looking for a fabulous pub."
