"A nice new restaurant. Appears they had only just moved from the old place. The tradesmen were still there, fixing the place up.The restaurant has a great view of the ocean.We had the whiting with chips, crayfish with salad, cobbler with pasta, beef burger and curried beef and salad. All very tasty and well presented.Pricing wasn't too bad, ~$400 for 7 adults.Service was attentive and friendly."

"We visited this restaurant 2 nights in succession and would have visited it on the 3rd night as well but settled for something to eat on the beach such as Fish and Chips! The menu is very versatile and covers a number of foods from different cultures .Highly recommended."

"We took my in-laws out for a change of scenery to the nursing home walls, and thought a run out to the Bootenal for a “Lamb Roast” may be a nice treat for the folks. The meal was a home cooked one, topped with mint...sauce. Yuummmo!! The bread n butter pudding was an unnecessary filler after I finished off the fav mother-in-law’s lamb. The live music added a real country feel to the afternoon. Great work Roxanne!"

"Given the closure of several Geraldton restaurants in the last year it was a great surprise to discover this absolute gem. This is the training restaurant for the local TAFE college. Any ideas about eating in a glorified school dining hall were quickly dispelled by a lovely setting and once inside you'd not now you weren't in a regular restaurant.The food was simply wonderful, we had a lamb salad starter and a pumpkin and pear soup for starters both excellent. Main course was a lovely steak or local fish all beautifully prepared.We finished off with deserts that we were entirely to full to eat but we gave them a good go. The young girl who had prepared the meal also came to our table seeking feedback which was excellent to see and she was rewarded with nothing but praise.All this for only $25 for per head for 3 courses."

"We sat outside one summer night and both of our meals were absolutely amazing! From start to finish! We brought a bottle of wine and couldn't stop sharing off each other's plates with each other. One of our favorite spots! We love it!"
