"We had one of the worst meals of our lives on Sunday evening, August 13. Having guests with us also caused us sadness. We came to Musto very happy as 2 couples and 1 child. I had to understand how the night would continue when a huge knife was placed in front of my 2.5-year-old daughter while the service was opening. We wanted 4 crackers kebab and 1 meatball. It was the first visit of our guests and we couldn't finish the collapse. 2 cracker kebabs came and served directly to the gentlemen. We two women stared. I was also surprised by the presentation, it came as a mound in the middle of a flat plate. In the past years, the pit was served more splendidly on a large plate. My friend wanted half a portion so he could taste something else. After a while, the third plate arrived. It was a small portion, about 5/1 of the flat plate I mentioned. We said is that it by showing the full portion next to 1/2 portion. The waiter said yes. We gave up and canceled. My friend placed another order. Unhappily, of course. It was pasta floating in cream. It was delicious but very heavy because of the heavy cream. Then and finally my plate arrived. By this time, the gentlemen had half their meal. Also, the restaurant was not full. Anyway, the potatoes of the cracker I received were soft and looked flat like pasta. So it was so obvious that it was served to me in addition to the smash that my friend sent back. I realized that the chefs thought that the IQs of the customers were pretty low. Showing my wife's plate, I said take it away and bring me a cracker like this, very angrily. In the meantime, of course, my daughter's meatballs arrived. It came as 2 meatballs and fries. When I ask about the vegetable side dishes, the answer I get is the children's portion, and the vegetables are cancelled. Pardon? So kids don't need to eat vegetables? I was in shock after shock. Anyway, I cut the patty and it was bloody. I also showed it to the waiter. I said that a child will eat it, it can't be bloody like this, and I sent it back. The child was hungry and we did not take any action because we were ashamed of our guest because of the plates that came to the table. Frankly, I couldn't afford it. In summary, we applaud the Musto cooks, who made us return home very unhappy when we say we want to crown a happy day.
