"We have a warm reception on a lazy afternoon from the very friendly owners. we felt perfect at home in their cozy and informal restaurant where we found to our full satisfaction, not papers, but inside serviettes on the table. and then eating. we ate the best pasta in years. the house wine was delicious, the dessert tasty, the coffee super. and the bill even better. so it was."

"Fish chips is truly very tasty unlike in many other traditional pubs in England. Nice interior, very friendly and helpful waitress, good and varied choice on the menu, daily specials, lots of desserts, all very reasonably priced, clean, a great outside seating area oriented towards the evening sun (if sunny ; . Right in the center of historical Hythe. Very Covid-19 aware too. I was really impressed. No negatives at all. A 5 star place."
