"Not good for the price. the restaurant is nice, the staff is ok, but eating is very unimaginable, the same as many other French restaurants, but at twice the price. there are better, cheaper restaurants in luz."

"As we were staying in the adjoining hotel, so it was easy to just cross the road. We plumped for the 'Classic' 19€ menu for two courses. We found a nice spot on the terrace outside, literally overlooking the gorge.We both had the pickled trout selection for starters; I'm not too sure there wasn't some salmon in there too, but a as French gravlax it was vary tasty. The mains were duck great in raspberry sauce (very good I'm told) and I had Mutton Stew - which probably loses something in translation and was tastier than it sounds, with red wine macerated lamb and vegetables.Very convenient if you're staying in the Saint Sauveur side of the resort."

"We found le marmiton accidentally because our restaurant of choice was unexpectedly closed. for the case, I think we have a better meal! the duo of my wife from lamb was excellent and my garbure (soup with soup, ham, sink and drain) was one of the best I ever had. friendly service and a reasonable price. free parking within 50m. recommended."
