"La cantine de proust is 10 minutes' walk from the main railway station of montauban and street parking is available. the restaurant is bright and clean inside with a traditional bistro decoration that is improved by its red and white ingwerham tablecloths. the coworkers give them and warm and cheerful reception and excellent service. the atmosphere is very lively with the sound of animated entertainment through the dining room. eating is really good. there is a limited selection menu, all freshly cooked, and the dishes we took, lamb and a vegetable crumb and a very tasty Rhabarb tea were delighted. surprise comes all this and a quarter wein for 12 euro and that is a great value. we will go back there"

"Comme vous pouvez le voir nous avions laissé un très bon avis pour notre première visite. Dommage car nous y sommes retourné 2 autre fois et la qualité n'était plus au rdv. Surtout cette dernière fois pour la saint Valentin, vraiment dommage car je trouve le cadre et le personnel vraiment sympa...Ravioles aux cèpes vraiment non salés, j'ai dû rajouter du sel à chaque bouchés... pourtant je ne mange pas vraiment salé d'habitude.Mon conjoint a eu 2 ronds de frite en accompagnement avec son magret.Le buffet d'entrés et de dessert manquait vraiment de variétés digne du prix.La carte proposait surtout des abats, joue, langue, tête, queue... on es loin de notre première visite..Pour avoir pris le menu le moins cher et s'en être sorti pour 80€ à deux (juste un apéro et du vin en plus du menu), on aurai aimé avoir un minimum de qualité et de choix.Le restaurant aurait il changé de chef?"

"Quand vous arrivez, vu magnifique sur une belle et grande bâtisse. Vous ne serrez pas déçu par le cadre de ce joli restaurant.La carte n'est pas très grande mais il y a de quoi satisfaire toutes les papilles.Bien attendu il y a aussi des menus et les prix sont abordables.Les plats que j'ai choisis sont bons, et je retournerai volontiers dans cet établissement.Le personnel est chaleureux et serviable. C'est une autre très bonne adresse à Montauban."
