"We order takeout from here reasonably frequently however no more. We ordered last night at 6.30 pm and the delivery was confirmed for 7.35.. Once we got to 8.15pm we tried to cancel the order by phone the only way to communicate after an order is placed) I rang 21 times my wife 35 times with no success. I placed a small order with special instructions to cancel the previous order in a desperate attempt to communicate with the restaurant that we no longer wanted the food as it was too late. We started cooking an alternative meal when the food finally arrived at 8.45. We had special requirements on the order that were ignored. The meal came with riata but no poppadoms. The food was not great and soured by the bile of such poor service. We wasted €50 on a very disappointing meal. We won’t order again. We are ex-customers."
