"So I decided to try Mandarin Garden based on the trip advisor reviews.... Bad mistake. I phoned my order in at 5.54 pm this evening (i know this because I wrote down the time) and was told that the food would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived slightly early at about 6.20 pm and waited patiently as there were lots of people waiting. As time went on i saw a gentleman who had ordered in store just before me get his food.... I was still waiting.... At this point (a few minutes after 7) i decided to enquire as to where my food was. I was told it would be another 7 or 8 minutes. I asked for an explanation as to why the food had taken another 40 - 50 minutes longer than initially told, at which point the cashier stated that she did not schedule the order of cooking but that was the kitchen staff (essentially blaming her colleagues, when in fact she had been the person to quote me the time on the phone). I cancelled my order and purchased food from our favourite local Indian shop. Of note, another gentleman who had been waiting a similar amount of time as me also cancelled his order and there were at least two other people who were frustrated by the longer than expected wait time. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Wont ever go back!"
