"Little needs to be said about the Jose Maria Restaurant, without a doubt the best restaurant in Segovia. The place is very well decorated and is very spacious with several dining rooms. The service was 10. All the waiters who served us were very polite. We wanted to try the tasting menu that consisted of 5 dishes, with dessert and two glasses of wine. We were very happy since both the quantities and the quality of all the dishes were perfect. "As we passed, the façade caught our attention and we saw the sign: tap vermut. We went into the last night in a segovia. with each round of cup a lid (concording to the number of people, drinks, croquettes, which by the way, delicious). "Very expensive. Some of the starters (not main dish) are not very good for the price you pay. We were not very hungry but wanted to eat something and take a rest there because it's a famous place. We only ate 3-4 dishes, we didn't want anymore. Because of that one of the waitress disrespected us, and when we had some spare food that we wanted to take away, because one of us wasn't feeling well and we didn't want to spoil food, the same waitress treated us with haughtiness and contempt. Honestly I feel bad giving this review, because the other waitress and service were good people and very nice with us, but that one spoiled our experience completely."
