"Lovely food that comes as a surprise menu (you need to say what you don't eat at the start) with the option for wine pairing. Service was disappointing - very slow and not attentive. It seemed as if they were inefficient and / or missing one / two members of staff. For example, for two of courses the wine arrived 5 min after the food - not what you want with a wine pairing. When we called over the sommelier the second time, we were told "I was just on my way...." Definitely not the service you would expect from a one star restaurant."
