"I had what turned out to be a very disturbing experience with the Mango Tree. My first time using and on recommendation. So, I ordered through their website, receiving a confirmation at and that it would be mins. I followed the progress and...it was stuck on cooking for some time, at I called and was told my order was being packed. At I decided this was all a little unacceptable and called back to cancel. I was fed lots of excuses about geographical area (I live a min drive away) and that they had had more orders before mine to fulfil. The call ended very unpleasant, I called them f-in useless and requested a refund and they agreed. This is when things took a turn for the worse. at and I received calls whilst someone was banging on my door and windows. This went on for mins, the knocks getting more aggressive. I did not answer as I didn’t know what would happen. I blocked the caller (a text saying your food is outside Mango Tree and a tree emoji was sent too). They even tried my front door handle, this freaked me out. I had requested that the food be left on the step (as I paid online) not to mention I had cancelled. After mins the person went away taking the food with them, only for someone to return mins later, this time the knock was normal, I shouted out and they said they were leaving it on the step. I didn't have it in me to discuss it was cancelled. I live on my own and this experience left me quite anxious. I will never use them again and as I was on a video call with friends who could hear the ferocious banging on my windows and door, they too are boycotting this takeaway. Apologies this is nothing to do with the food, but I want to ensure that nobody else goes through such a terrible customer experience. The food as you can imagine was cold!"

"Overall, it was a good experience. I only tried their pizza so far. Food is Halal. Food: The pizza is thin which is a bonus for me because I am not a fan of the thick doughy pizzas. It had generous amount of toppings. Fresh and full of flavour. It was piping hot and cheese was melting. I was expecting more of stone oven sort of Italian Neapolitan pizza especially when the name of the restaurant is “Quatro” which means 4 in Italian. So I was just hoping for a more Italian pizza. It was thinner than other pizzas you would get at other takeaways but still not a proper Italian pizza. Chips was just as any other takeaway. Nice with red salt. Staff: The person who served me was nice. Place: The place was clean and I was surprised with how spacious it was from the inside with enough room for many guests. I think it would make such a great place for family or friends gatherings. Cleanliness: Very clean from what I have seen. Definitely important when it comes to food. Price: Very reasonable prices I would say it is even on the cheap side. Great value for money. Would I visit again? Yes I want to try their fried chicken. Suggestion: I was expecting more of stone oven sort of Italian Neapolitan pizza especially when the name of the restaurant is “Quatro” which means 4 in Italian. "You are always guaranteed a warm welcome at the Grapes by John, Julia and their staff. The menu is varied and reasonably priced, the specials board always has imaginative dishes using locally sourced ingredients.Paul along with Julia are amazing cooks, Paul's desserts are to die for . John has a good selection of real ales which are kept in perfect condition, together with a varied selection of wines."
