"I have been here many times.This time was a disaster.My friend could not get a bloody mary because there was no tomato juice.Then I noticed the things I order were not on the menu.I asked the server if they could make them anyway and he said no.I ordered fish with black bean sauce.I am not sure it was fish.It was like pieces of lard..Could not eat it.The har gow was great..Not sure i'll go again.The bill was $90. It should have been perfect.Before this, I ate there once a week."

"Nice Steakhouse inside of the Graton Casino. We came on a Sunday to enjoy the casino. After walking past, we decided we wanted to eat there. When we first came in we were told we'd need a reservation (even though the restaurant was not full) and had to wait 2hrs for the next open slot. We were going to try to sit at the bar but all of the seats were taken. So we opted for the reservation. After waiting 2 additional hrs to eat, we were starving. Our food took about 40mins. Which was a very long wait for 3 meals in a restaurant that wasn't full. The only thing that kept us at bay was the delicious complimentary pretzel bread. We ordered lamb chops, prime rib, au gratin potatoes, asparagus, mac&cheese, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes and a baked potato. The portions are HUGE. The 3 of us could've ordered one meat and 3 sides and be all full. You will definitely get your money's worth. We were satisfied with the flavors and all of us had food to take home. We all agreed that next time we wont order as much but the 2hr wait had us thinking we wanted a ton of food. Our waiter was great. Very friendly and I appreciated that he boxed our food for us and kept it all separated. I would definitely go back but I'd make a reservation."

"The service is non existent! Wait.... wait..... wait....... Being that it's outdoor dining there should be a person at the kiosk waiting to seat customers. Instead I stand there waiting for an employee to come out and I literally waited for more than 5 minutes. The girl finally comes out and seats me.. There's no one inside eating so I don't understand what's keeping her inside rather than outside where the customers are.. Happy to be seated I become curious as to when my order is going to be taken, this time the wait was much longer than 5 minutes more like 15 minutes before anyone comes and asks if I want a drink or anything.. I'm sitting outside in the cool weather feeling forgotten.. There were only like 6 groups of people at the restaurant, absolutely no excuse for lack of service.. What are they doing when their not taking orders?? Until they change the way they service their customers I will not eat here again!"
