"Visited the restaurant today. We have visited many times over the last few years and have always really enjoyed their black pork. It seems there are now new owners and a new menu. They now have a daily menu as well as the a la...carte. This may be bring in more people looking for a reasonably prices midweek lunch. I cannot say what the cost of the daily meal was as the menu did not say. There were a few small problems: 1. No multibanco (this will no doubt come) 2. No side plate to eat the bread, butter and olives off. 3. No veg or salad to accompany the steak. 4. No steak knives supplied. Having made these points we did enjoy the food. Unfortunately we were hooked on the warm homemade bread, superb black pork and generous side dishes which the previous owners provided. Things have moved on but not I fear for the better. I am trying to be constructive and I am sure things will improve but we were disappointed that something we have enjoyed for years has changed. Good luck to the new owners who were very pleasant."
