"Since I first went last year is our favorite place! We were late one night and very kindly attended us of a thousand!!! I tried several dishes my last were the creamy goat, the ceviche the ravioles of humitas and the dessert that surprised me the Andalusian Hechizo!! I loved it!"

"Llegamos el viernes a las 21:30 hs, nos atendieron rápido. El show ya había comenzado (al estilo chalchalero). Estábamos un poco apretados, pero estuvo muy bueno. Comimos matambre a la pizza y asado de tira. No cobran derecho de espectáculo. Lo recomiendo"

"What a delightful place to stop for lunch! We sat at a table outside shaded by giant pepper tree. The patio is in a central courtyard surrounded by the adobe built hotel. It has such a wonderful ambience. This traditional hacienda, which dates back to...the 18th century was home to the last governor of Salta appointed by the King of Spain. It is directly across the street from the town’s 17th century church. We learned that Molinos used to be part of the Inca Road. Our lunch naturally included empanadas. We had to try them in every town we visited in Northwest Argentina. These did not disappoint. Very good! We also have become accustomed to drinking a red wine with lunch as well so we enjoyed a nice local Valle de Molinos Malbec from Finca Humanao. For our main course we had the smoked pork shoulder with smashed potatoes and Sorrentinos (a ravioli like pasta) stuffed with lamb and veggies topped with a garlic, basil tomato sauce. Everything was excellent including the garlic bread. Service was excellent. We highly recommend you stop here!"
