"We love the food here, have tried a few locally and this is our favourite for portions and quality of food. Sadly though the customer service can be poor. We ordered through just eat had a text saying our food was on its way OVER AN HOUR before it actually arrived it’s automated apparently (which makes no sense) had to chase twice and was told different things, then food arrived below it’s usual standard overcooked burnt chicken and cold chips. Totally appreciate there is only so much the team can do at peak times but simply saying ‘we’re very busy and sorry your food will be delayed’ means we could wait it out, no need for ‘the driver just left’ twice, 30 minutes apart from each other. Not expecting miracles, just your decent food and better customer service."

"I have called to eat in front of my train to house and everything I can say is what I have eaten Indian food in Britain and the world and that is right there with the best of them. I had the lamb pasanda and shared the peshwari naan. my buddy had the garlic chilli chicken. mine was one of the most beautiful things I've ever eaten and my buddy said he was just as good. the personal is welcoming and friendly. we sat fast and served in time. it won't take long until I'm back in stevenage and the bombay will be my first choice for eating."

"Amazing eating and very friendly and friendly staff. we usually order from them and always loved eating. the prices are higher and the portions smaller (but still very large) while eating, but it is worth it. it is not the cheapest, but 100% recommended."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrived and there were no customers yet when we asked for a table they looked at us blankly and said we might fit you in. We should have left then but unfortunately we stayed. We ordered the food and when it arrived it was shocking. All of it weird strange colours and some had clearly been heated in the microwave! We told the waiter that the food didn’t taste nice and the waiter told us that maybe we had “drunk too much alcohol to know any better” We were extremely shocked by this comment and asked for the bill. The bill then came and it was so overpriced. When we stated this four of them surrounded our table and all started getting loud stating the food was fine and we must pay. FYI no other customers came in during the entirety of our meal so I do not know why they pretended when we arrived that they were fitting us on. They should have been voting our hand off for the custom! I cannot convey this enough. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!"

"Regularly come here for breakfast- the food is tasty, coffee is great and the service is always with a smile! It’s always busy so would advise to book ahead. The selection is good and includes plenty of vegan veggie options. Only slightly negative comment...is that it is quite pricey but I would say worth it if you’re in the area!"

"I 've used Mumbai Spice for the past 18 months and the food and service has very good every time. A wide range of dishes are offered, the quality of the ingredients, cooking and presentation is very good and the servings are ample. Their main dishes are not swimming in oil/ghee and sundries etc are really good. Delivery is usually on time by pleasant friendly staff. Regular 20% Discount Offers on JustEat are a welcome bonus!!! I would have scored them 'Excellent ' if I did not know of 'Spice Station ' in Chingford, which is absolutely superb !"
