"Unbelievable food presentation and taste was so delicious, fine dining quality in such a beautiful location. Very quaint, friendly hosts with the resident dog and cat for added quirkinesses!! Food is quite costly but the price still doesn’t Reflect the amazing cuisine. Everything is homemade the ravioli with trout was exquisite and my lamb cooked 3 ways with vegetable and homemade croquettes with a mouthwatering juis was out of this world. The deserts did not disappoint mitchellen standard presentation."

"The hotel is very pleasant and comfortable, the room was a little small for us (we were 5, too. in addition to the cleaning man who is naughty, the rest of the staff (especially the one at the reception and the chef is really great: pleasant, thoughtful, understanding. breakfast was complete and good and the restaurant is exceptional! Bravo!"

"Having been a valmorel two years ago . we returned to this restaurant that we found very good . and actually we weren't disappointed . we took the card and it was very good .
