What are the top rated restaurants in VENEZIA where I can eat Lamb?

"Probably one of my favorite places to eat to while in Venice. Locanda Cipriani is located on the Island of Torcello about half an hour away from Venice. The island itself is very rustic with few inhabitants and just a handful of restaurants. There's not much to see on the island; however, the main draw really is Locanda Cipriani. It is such a beautiful and low-key restaurant. Definitely eat in the vine-covered patio. You can order items a la carte, but the chef tasting menus are a good deal. For 70 euros (believe me, cheap for Venice) you get a three course meal. My tasting menu consisted of a first course of pasta and seafood which was absolutely amazing. The main entree was a common Venetian dish called Vitello Tonnato that consisted of cold sliced Veal with Tuna Sauce. Sounds a little weird, but ok (not great). For dessert, I had the tiramisu. Don't forget to get the infamous peach bellini. The Cipriani family pretty much invented it and is the best I've ever tasted."

"5 stars all around! You have to make reservations a month in advance and now I understand why.. from the lasagna to the pumpkin flan, everything was so fresh and delicious! We ate at several very expensive/high-end/fancy restaurants but this small, local place excelled. The service was wonderful too. The best meal we had while in Venice!"

"Recommended by locals...we enter and the lady at the counter doesn't even give us a look or a greeting. My partner and I stayed there for 5 minutes and stopped waiting until a very kind waiter asked us if we had booked, after 5 minutes he told us that there was room as we entered the room (perhaps the owner or the room manager) they tell us to sit outside because the dogs in the room are not allowed in... we have a small dog who always sleeps. We go out and wait 10 minutes in case they come to call us but this doesn't happen...so we leave...there is no sign outside that prohibits dogs from entering....in 2024 dogs will now enter everywhere and are an integral part of families. We live in Rome and have never had this problem. Thanks anyway for this first time...."
