"The service was amazing, the food was amazing, but my reason for a 4 star is due to the service charge. The service charge is separate from tip. The was service was incredible and we were going to give great tip only gave 18% but it really threw us off when we saw a service charge of 35$ that is for the employer and not for the servers. We just hope that the employer is sharing this service tip with the servers. Also, we love the options at the buffet! It has by far the best options we have seen compared to other Brazilian steakhouses."

"Food was average, and the service if there was one was scarce. Our waiter disappeared halfway through our meal without telling us they were leaving. They brought our appetizer and then several minutes later brought over our main meal. It was like they were just pumping everything out. It took minutes once we were through our meal for someone to appear and casually walked over to us to see if we were done with our meal. Then another minutes to ask if we wanted anything else, which we asked for another drink. The check took another minutes to arrive. It was just lacking good service all around"
