"I placed my order online with slice. A minute later I get a call from a very young sounding girl asking if I forgot to tip. I always tip cash and purposefully chose the cash tip option because I?ve worked service jobs for years and know how it goes.. butthanks for the suggestion. Unprofessional. Edit: 26 dollars for a two topping 12 inch that was subpar to any hand tossed jointon the side of the street. Pizza was also not even warm by delivery."

"Used to love the food and service but the last few times havent been good. On top of that, the last couple orders placed with grub hub get canceled or delayed without reason or explanation. Tonight the wife ordered and the order was canceled without explanation. Atleast reach out to the customer and explain the situation. But to not call or reach out and jus cancel the order is bad business, especially over an app. If the reason is delivery distance then you shouldn't offer to serve the location. Our family has been ordering from your business for a long time and its a shame to see this kind of service. Guess our business isn't wanted anymore."
