"Burger Project's second outlet on Edward St has caused quite a hype with massive line ups since opening few weeks ago. To find out what the fuss is all about, we decided to give their weekday lunch a go. A small queue was present and the wait took around 15min. After reviewing their menu sign board, we ordered: magic deluxe, fried chicken katsu, large chips and two drinks. A buzzer system was in place so take a seat and anticipate folks.<br>

The order was ready in around 20min, so lets start with the burgers. Fried chicken katsu was well presented with large piece of deep fried crumbed chicken thigh, pickles, lettuce and katsu sauce. The meat was tender and juicy but some section of the outer crust was overcooked with burnt taste. The lettuce and pickles worked well to balance out the oiliness of the chicken but the katsu sauce was under seasoned. According to the menu, the burger should contain coleslaw but it was forgotten in the one we ordered. 3.5/5<br>
