"We always like to visit this particular Bono's as the food always seems to be on point!! A little understaffed during our visit, but our waitresses phenomenal character more than made up for it. All the food we got was fresh and hot!! Exactly as we ordered it. Chicken was juicy, ribs were tender brisket charred perfectly. Dirty rice could be less sweet.. Kudos to this location!! To boot, a very nice tree service owner named Juston took care of our bill without telling us too!! It's okay, we paid it forward to our hardworking waitress, unbeknownst to her :"

"Ordered a family pack online the day before pickup date and prepaid. Arrived only to be told the order did not exist, despite the fact we had screenshots with a confirmation number and our card being charged. We were accused of not doing it correctly. When the manager called the company, they explained it was in future orders because we placed it yesterday. He gave an apology and explained they never checked that. We wasted 20 minutes arguing and it would have been easier to walk in and order than order ahead and argue. We completely understand computer glitches and human errors occur, but something to compensate for our frustration qnd wasted time would have been nice. Offer a discount or some type of free food...and research the issue before accusing the customer of being wrong. If this happened and had been handled correctly, we would think nothing of it. Things happen. However, this occurred AND was handled very poorly. We will take our business elsewhere."

"Had the best experience! Used Bono’s as our base meal for a casual New Years Eve in. The brisket is amazing! The coleslaw is excellent, as well as the baked beans. The owner and his wife couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thank you Bono’s, Jax Beach!"
