"Food is always good. This is the best Italian Pie I’ve ever had, hands down. The ingredients taste fresh and the food is flavorful. The only reason it is a 3/5 instead of a 5 is that if you place an order over the phone you have to pay over the phone. Which means you have to read off your card info over the phone, which is uncomfortable. The employee says it’s a company policy, which I dont believe. Being on the edge of downtown, and one of the only IPs in the city, they probably want to make sure the food they prepare is paid for. They also charge a service charge on your card for using a card no matter how much you purchase. But the food usually done with in 20 mins of placing your order. So order inside and use cash and your experience will be optimized."
