"Came to Grotto after Carmines was booked full. First thing you should know, is that Grotto is on the casino floor. They do a good job at sound control but it is a weird experience. Service is okay, and the food ranges from okay to good. I wouldn't come here expecting a great experience, but it's good in a pinch."

"Took in takeout back up to my hotel room. Family style dishes served in catering half trays. Make sure you’re hungry before ordering! Food is very tasty and love that they actually ask if you need plates and plastic ware."

"The first dinner of a guy’s weekend out in AC and we decided on visiting a celebrity chef establishment. Overall, the food was just OK. Nothing exceptional about the meal. And for what you are paying for, you don’t leave satisfied. The space reminded me of an “Italian” Balthazar (from the city). Except bare and cavernous. The server and bussers were not very helpful and in all honesty, I don’t think I’d go back. There are other places to check out before giving them another try."
