"Service was appalling. No one even came to take our order we had to do it ourselves online. We are waiting for the bill as I type this as we have requested to cancel drinks we ordered over half an hour ago an didn’t receive. Been waiting for 15 minutes for the bill. No one has asked how our food was or anything. People asking if they can order food. Wayne service manager was not welcoming at all. Didn’t ask if we was enjoying our food. Barking orders at a young girl. Absolutely appalling service all round. Feel sorry for the young girl working as she was getting pushed to take angry customers orders."

"Good Friday lunch, very helpful staff who went the extra mile to provide a water bowl for our dogs. We ate outside despite being the only people in the beer garden the team consistently provided a top service to us. "We booked a table and on entering the restaurant were told there was a 45 minute delay, we had booked to go to the cinema based on the times we wanted to eat only 3 kitchen staff on this is the second time it has happened and the restaurant wasn't even that busy. I ordered a King Prawn Linguine which cost over £13 and had only 5 prawns in it not very good value for money at all!!"
